The Selkirk Association of REALTORS® ("SAR") is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Idaho Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Its membership is comprised of licensed real estate agents and certified or licensed real estate appraisers, who are entitled to use the registered trademark "REALTOR®" by virtue of their membership in the Association. SAR members subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, which establishes a high standard of conduct for real estate practitioners.

REALTORS® not only help make the dream of homeownership a reality, they also help build better communities in which to live. In small towns and large cities across the globe, REALTORS® have helped shape and promote community causes, giving their time and effort to noble causes.

 
In addition, Affiliate membership is available to businesses closely related to the real estate profession, such as lending institutions, banks, escrow services and title companies. Sponsor members are other businesses that provide products and services to members of the real estate profession and wish to show their support of the Association.

The Selkirk Association of REALTORS® is a strong supporter of charitable organizations and post-high school education in Bonner and Boundary Counties. In 2004, over $26,000 was raised among the membership through the SAR Christmas Fundraiser and the SAR Golf Tournament and contributed back to the community in the form of grants and scholarships.

Office Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Directions:

North on 1st Avenue (a one-way street going north through downtown that is also Highway 95 North). Turn right on the alley just before the Panida Theatre. Head towards the creek and turn right. The office is on the basement level, facing Sand Creek, and is located between Bridge Street and Main Street in downtown Sandpoint.

Parking:

There are two parking spaces marked for the use of our members and guests. These are the ONLY two spots available -- all others are reserved and paid for by others. Additional parking is available on the street (2 hour maximum), in the paid public parking lot ($3 per day) two blocks west on the corner of Third and Main, and free parking east of the office off of Bridge Street (across Sand Creek).
